Jennifer Yador

Information: Jennifer Yador is currently completing a joint Master in Public Policy and MBA Program at Harvard and Columbia University respectively. She spent the summer of 2005 interning at the New York City Economic Development Corporation where she helped the city develop a comprehensive strategy to leverage telecommunications to promote economic growth in the outer boroughs. She has also interned at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to research best practices in wireless auctions, the administration of universal services fees, and methods to assist developing countries to establish sound telecommunications policy. Prior to matriculating into the Kennedy School, Jennifer worked at the Columbia Institute of Tele-Information (CITI) performing corporate strategy research for America's leading telecommunications firms. Before working with CITI, Jennifer was a Research Coordinator at Techgov's Accra office. Her projects included conducting research on the telecommunications infrastructure of research institutions in Ghana and organizing various aspects of the Second Annual Information Technology for Government Conference. She has worked with Rising Data Soultions, an IT start-up, as an Assistant Managing Director, CoEn Consulting as an IT/Telecom Consultant, and the United States Peace Corps as an e-commerce Business Advisor. Jennifer Yador is an alumna of Stanford University with a BA in Psychology and minor in African American Studies.
